Capital Budgets Division The Office of Capital Budgets formulates, executes, and maintains financial systems in support of Facilities and Equipment and Research, Engineering, and Development budget justifications, financial plans, inquiries, & audits. The Capital Budgets Division has three branches: Budget Formulation, Budget Execution, and Budget Systems. The duties of this position will serve within the Capital Budgets Division, performing multiple duties and responsibilities under the direction of a branch manager.
