About the role

Hiring CDL A Drivers | Earn $0.65 CPM | $2,500 Sign On Bonus. What makes driving with HMD different: Competitive pay starting at $0.65 CPM, plus performance bonuses, with drivers averaging around 2,500 miles per week. A modern fleet made up primarily of Peterbilt 579 trucks, along with Volvo, International and Freightliner Cascadia models. Well-equipped trucks designed to make life on the road more comfortable, efficient, and convenient. An in-house repair shop that helps keep our equipment reliable and well maintained. Benefits: CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus$2,500 sign-on bonus
Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home for most of the states

Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours Orientation Pay: $150
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
