Lawton Commercial Services Lawton Commercial Services is a leading full service commercial contractor specializing in electrical and plumbing systems. We provide high quality service work across a variety of commercial projects. With a reputation for safety, integrity, and skilled craftsmanship we are looking for experienced Commercial Journeyman Electricians licensed in Texas to join our team! We are currently seeking a Texas-licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our team. Applicants must hold an active Texas Journeyman Electrician license to be considered for this position. The ideal candidate has a solid work ethic and work history, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to completing work safely and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on commercial construction and retrofit projects
  • Interpret blueprints, construction documents and technical diagrams
  • Perform conduit bending (EMT, PVC, RMC), wire pulling, switchgear installations, lighting systems and controls
  • Installation of various electrical devices
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems efficiently and safely
  • Ensure compliance with NEC, Texas codes and jobsite safety standards
  • Plan and install electrical systems in accordance with job specifications and local codes
  • Connect and test wiring, circuit breakers, transformers and related components
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using appropriate tools and testing equipment
  • Inspect systems for safety, code compliance and performance; make necessary adjustments and repairs
  • Additional Duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License 3+ years of hands on experience in commercial electrical work
  • Valid Texas Driver License with a clean driving record
  • Must pass a pre-employment Background Check and Drug TestWhat We Offer
