Position: Canvassers and Supervisors - As an experienced canvasser or supervisor. Canvassers will work directly with homeowners to identify opportunities and generate leads, while supervisors will train, manage, and lead the team. No Selling Required.

Qualifications: Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams Comfortable working in the field and leading by example

Responsibilities: Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training Develop canvassing strategies, neighborhood mapping, and route plans Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results
