Deputy CCO – BSA/AML & Digital Asset Compliance

Block, Inc. seeks a Deputy Chief Compliance Officer to lead the trust bank's compliance program for Builders Bank & Trust. This hands-on role supports the CCO/BSA Officer in designing and administering the compliance management system, with a focus on BSA/AML, OFAC, due diligence, and regulatory readiness. You will collaborate across Risk, Legal, COO and Finance, maintain independence from revenue activities, and prepare for OCC examinations.
