Director Of Operations – Ohio A leading operator of QSR Restaurants and convenience stores has an exciting opening for a Director of Operations overseeing multiple sites across the region. Director Of Operations Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Finance, or related field5–7 years of multi-unit management experience in food & beverage, retail, or related operations
- Strong financial acumen with proven ability in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Ability to lead General Managers by setting annual budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring brand and regulatory compliance
Daily responsibility for conducting district reviews, driving sales growth, implementing customer engagement strategies, and ensuring consistent brand standards across all locations.
Skilled in talent development, performance management, and succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline
Director Of Operations Preferred Background & Skills: ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational systems
Strong cultural fit with a customer-focused, results-driven leadership style
Ability to serve as a change agent, implementing new programs and operational improvements across multiple locations
