Litigation Associate Attorney (2-6 Years)

Key Responsibilities: Handle litigation matters from inception through trial, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice. Draft briefs, motions, and legal memoranda. Experience in insurance coverage, professional liability, product liability, premises liability, and commercial litigation preferred. Collaborate with partners to develop case strategy and keep clients informed.

Qualifications: JD from an accredited law school. Admission to the New Jersey bar, in good standing (required); New York admission is a plus. 2-6 years of litigation experience in insurance coverage, professional liability, product liability, premises liability, or commercial litigation. Able to commute to Morristown, NJ.

Compensation And Benefits: Base salary of $130,000 - $160,000, commensurate with experience. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, plus a retirement plan.
