Onsite Talent Acquisition Partner - Manufacturing

Blount Fine Foods is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support staffing needs across MA and RI. This fully onsite role in Fall River, MA requires managing full-cycle recruiting, candidate screening, and interviews while partnering with managers to build a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution, with strong ATS experience. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
