Employment Type: TravelCerts/Licensure Requirements WI license, will accept ACT 10 What areas will they cover (ER, ICU, Inpt, Outpt, etc.) Inpatient roles, Variable based on team needs; must be comfortable with standard pediatric orders due to Pediatric hospital being imbedded Common Duties/Job Requirements/Skills Order verification, product check and release, remote sterile compounding verification, clinical tasks (ie IV-PO, renal dose review, aminoglycoside and anticoagulation dosing), Any specific experience or 'Must have' skills Min 1 yr hospital, residency trained or 3 yrs experience preferred Pharmacy Techs? staffed 24 hrs in sterile compounding and nonsterile roles Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) 10 hr shifts Block schedule in PM/overnight roles of 7/70; day shifts are 8 hr staggered start beginning at 0600 Weekend Requirements up to every other weekend About Reliable Nurse Staffing Providing reliable, competent, and compassionate care to our patients and clients.
