Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities: Production Support: Deliver raw materials and secondary packaging to production areas; return and log leftover materials. Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with inventory audits, and perform routine cycle counts. Material Handling: Reweigh materials, apply labels to finished goods, and securely wrap pallets for transport. Shipping & Receiving: Safely unload inbound trailers and load outbound trailers using a forklift. Documentation: Support the Warehouse Lead with shipping paperwork and sign receiving Bills of Lading (BOLs).

Qualifications & Requirements: Forklift Experience: Valid driver's license and experience operating a sit-down forklift required. Shift Flexibility: Ability to train on day shift and permanently transition to the 2nd shift (with ongoing flexibility as operational needs change).

Skills: Strong attention to detail for inventory counting, labeling, and documentation. Physical Ability: Capability to lift, bend, reweigh materials, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
