Organized and proactive, the part-time Freelance Associate Producer, Digital will manage web production and maintenance across multiple digital properties, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely project completion.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day web updates, content changes, and minor site enhancements across various digital properties
Organize and track production assets and creative deliverables for seamless handoffs to design and technical teams
Collaborate with internal producers and developers to align on schedules and maintain project momentumRequired qualifications 1-2 years of experience in digital agency, production, or web coordination
1+ years of relevant work experience in a tech-focused environment
Experience with Google Workspace (e.g., Google Drive, Calendar, Gmail)
Familiarity with project management tools such as Figma or Jira is a bonus
Client-facing experience is a bonus
