Human Resources Manager

Position Summary: A second-generation family-owned business is seeking a forward-thinking, highly capable Human Resources Manager to lead and develop the resource strategy of a dynamic, technology-driven enterprise that is experiencing significant growth and development. This is not a traditional administrative HR position. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to company leadership, developing strategies to attract, develop, retain, and engage the team members needed to support the company's continued growth. Reporting Structure: The Human Resources Manager reports to the Executive Vice President.
