Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Emergency Medicine in Du Bois, PA

Start Date: 11/12/2026 About the Position We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a 60-day assignment in Pennsylvania. This role involves covering a minimum of 4-6 blocked shifts per month, typically 8-12 hour shifts, 7 days a week. The physician will provide essential emergency medical care, managing a range of cases from trauma to routine urgent care across various facilities.

Responsibilities and Duties: Provide emergency medical care in diverse settings, including Trauma Centers Manage trauma bays and various emergency department cases Respond to codes, stroke alerts, and rapid response calls for medical-surgical units Perform procedures such as intubations, central lines, and chest tubes where required Handle an average patient census appropriate to facility acuity levels Utilize tools like Glidescope and bedside ultrasound in the ED Additional Information Board Certifications: Emergency Medicine Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
