Lead Oracle EPM / Hyperion Business Systems Analyst

JCW has partnered with a leading global payments and technology company seeking a Lead Oracle EPM / Hyperion Business Systems Analyst to join their Global Business Services Center Systems team in Purchase, New York. This person will serve as a functional and technical expert across the firm's financial planning and reporting platforms, partnering closely with FP&A, Tax, Human Resources, and Technology to deliver scalable solutions for budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and management reporting. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EPM Cloud and has played a meaningful role in at least one full-cycle implementation. You can translate complex business requirements into sustainable system solutions, manage deliverables across onsite, offshore, and third-party resources, and build trusted relationships with senior finance stakeholders including C-suite leadership. Executive presence and strong communication skills are non-negotiable in this role.
