Location: Addison, TX
Job Type: Fulltime - OnsiteMust Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Genesys APIs, Genesys Cloud CX, J2EE development, API Development, Genesys Cloud CX Developer/Architect with Softphone
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Mandatory design and development experience in Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Architecture.
- Develop roadmap for CCaaS transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Experience in Softphone API integration with Genesys CXExperience in Genesy SDKExperience in Genesys Cloud CX administration, configuration and implementation.
- Strong experience Node.
- JS/ Rest, SOAP and Genesys APIs.
- Experience creating dashboards for monitoring queue activity, agent performance, and interactions.
- Strong experience in Genesys Cloud admin and configuration including contact center, telephony, routing, people and permissions and outbound. Experience in Genesys installation and configuration
- Troubleshooting experiences with the issues in configuring and routing related issues.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Genesys on-prem and understanding of various Genesys components and composer development.
- Exposure for Java/J2EE development and API Development /Scripting integration
- Genesys Cloud CX certification preferred.
