Strategic Finance Leader for Growth, FP&A & Operations

Marathon Sports, based in Waltham, MA, seeks a Director of Finance to partner with the President and drive strategic financial leadership for a growing New England running specialty brand. The ideal candidate will own accounting, controls, budgeting, FP&A, and financial modeling, guiding operations and inventory across multiple locations. CPA preferred; 7–10 years of retail finance experience a plus. On-site presence required.
