About the role

Senior Client Service Associate Successful, Growing $1B+ AUM Independent Wealth Management Firm Midtown Manhattan A successful, growing independent wealth management firm with $1B+ AUM is hiring a Senior Client Service Associate for a long-term client service/operations role supporting ultra-high-net-worth client onboarding and transitions.
What You’ll Do:
  • Lead new client transitions from signed engagement through account setup
  • Handle account openings, custodial paperwork, money movement, onboarding calls, and documentation
  • Coordinate with advisory and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience
  • What’s Offered
  • $100,000–$120,000 base range, plus $5,000–$18,000 bonus/benefits
  • Monday–Thursday in office, Friday remote
  • Long-term client service/operations role
  • What You Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years of RIA, private wealth, or family office client service/operations experience
  • UHNW client experience and strong follow-through
  • Experience with Schwab and/or Pershing; Addepar, Black Diamond, or similar reporting platforms helpful
  • Must be within a 45-minute commute to Midtown Manhattan
