Senior Real Estate Counsel Remote, Fast-Paced Growth

Oklo is seeking a Senior Counsel, Real Estate to lead complex real estate transactions and site-control matters for multiple projects. You will manage title review, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and coordination with outside counsel to close deals efficiently. You will advise cross-functional teams in development, operations, and finance on diligence, risk allocation, and closing requirements in a fast-growing, startup environment. Remote US-based role with travel to sites as needed.
