Vice President of Investment

Responsibilities: Source, evaluate, and underwrite acquisition and development opportunities Build and oversee sophisticated financial models and investment analyses Analyze project economics, capital structures, and risk-adjusted returns Lead due diligence efforts throughout the acquisition and development process Prepare investment committee memoranda, presentations, and lender/investor materials Assist with debt and equity financing initiatives Support portfolio-level investment strategy and asset optimization efforts Work directly with ownership on transaction evaluation and execution Monitor market conditions and identify emerging investment opportunities Partner with internal and external stakeholders to advance acquisitions, developments, and strategic investments

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, investment management, private equity, development, capital markets, or related investment-focused real estate environments Strong financial modeling, underwriting, and investment analysis skills Experience evaluating acquisition and development opportunities across commercial real estate asset classes Ability to assess capital structures, financing alternatives, and investment returns Experience preparing investment memoranda and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills Experience within commercial real estate private equity, real estate investment management, family office real estate investing, or institutional acquisitions environments preferred
