Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Consistent, Full-Time) Culture: Team-First / Concierge Style Are you tired of the "Retail Grind" or "Shark Tank" sales? You are an advisor helping families find the product that fits their lifestyle and budget. Life‑Work Balance: We work 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. No late nights, and a consistent Tuesday–Saturday schedule so you can actually plan your life.

What you’ll be doing: Guiding the Journey: Managing the "concierge" experience through our CRM, following up with families via phone, email, and chat. Expert Advising: Becoming a pro on our hot tubs, playsets, and structures to help customers make the best choice. System Building: We are growing fast! We want someone who sees a "bottleneck" and helps us build a better system to fix it. Relationship Management: Maintaining productive, happy relationships with customers from the first hello to the final installation.
