Deal Flow Agent | MN2S | Miami, FL (on-site)MN2S is a global talent booking agency with offices in London and Miami. We connect brands, events and companies with the world’s biggest names across music, film, sport, speakers and brand partnerships. We’re looking for a sharp, detail obsessed coordinator to sit at the centre of our deal flow. You’ll make sure every enquiry gets a fast, accurate and professional answer, and that every booking request is right before it reaches management. This is an in-person role at our Miami office: 31 NE 17th St #228, Miami, FL 33132, United States. You’ll work alongside our agency director and talent agents every day.
What you’ll do:
- Take calls with clients to understand their brief, answer questions and keep deals moving
- Review, edit and approve replies to incoming enquiries before they go out
- Check booking requests and quotes for accuracy (fees, dates, territory, deliverables) before they go to management
- Spot enquiries that need a senior call and route them to the right agent
- Pipeline Management: Track active deals, keep our CRM accurate and make sure every opportunity moves smoothly through each stage, with nothing left unanswered
- Sourcing and Screening: Help identify prospective clients, brands and event organisers, and screen incoming enquiries for budget, fit and legitimacy
- Flag recurring issues and help us sharpen our internal processes
Who you are:
- Obsessed with detail and allergic to typos
- An excellent communicator, confident on the phone and in writing, with a good ear for tone
- Confident making judgement calls on when to approve, edit or escalate
- Organised and calm handling high volumes across email, WhatsApp and LinkedInTech savvy and quick to learn new tools
- Experienced in sales coordination, bookings, customer service or lead management
- Interested in entertainment, music, sport or brands
- Based in Miami and able to work from the office
- Spanish is a big plus
