Hybrid Senior Real Estate Counsel: Leasing & Development

BJ’s Wholesale Club, headquartered in Marlborough, MA, seeks a Senior Legal Counsel - Real Estate to lead leasing and transaction matters for its retail locations, distribution centers, gas stations, and other company sites. You will negotiate leases, purchase and sale agreements, development contracts, and related documents, while advising on title, environmental risk, and landlord/tenant issues. Collaboration with outside counsel and support for zoning and incentives is required.
