If you’ve been leading FDOT bridge projects and want to step into a role with a consistent pipeline of complex structural work, this is worth a conversation. A well-established heavy civil contractor in Florida known for delivering bridge and transportation projects—not just standard roadway work. They’re growing their presence along the Treasure Coast and looking to add a Project Manager with true bridge experience. This is a field-driven PM role where technical expertise matters, and you’ll be trusted to run your projects alongside an experienced operations team. What You’ll Be RunningFDOT bridge and transportation projects from award through close-out Scopes include: Bridge construction & rehabilitation Structural concrete & foundations Roadway tie-ins, drainage, and MOTWork includes complex structural scopes, not commodity site work
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage budgets, schedules, and full project execution
- Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subs, and FDOT reps
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Ensure strict compliance with FDOT specs, QA/QC, and safety
- Drive accountability across project and field teams
