We are looking for an E-commerce Coordinator who is passionate about beauty, skincare, and digital marketing to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview: The E-commerce Coordinator will play a key role in executing and optimizing online marketing strategies to drive sales, engagement, and brand visibility. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise in paid media, email marketing, and design.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads) to increase traffic and sales. Create, schedule, and analyze email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp or similar platforms).Collaborate with the marketing team to design digital assets (banners, landing pages, newsletters, social media creatives).Assist in the management of e-commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Zoey, Amazon Vendor Central, Tik Tok Shop, Walmart).Track KPIs, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to maximize ROI.Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, paid media, or digital marketing. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms. Experience with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).Analytical mindset with ability to read data and provide insights. Strong organizational and communication skills. Passion for skincare, beauty, or cosmetics industry (a plus!).
