Pilgrim's is seeking an Offal Attendant/Jockey Driver for the afternoons. You'll contribute to safe, efficient condemnation processes, manage weights and codes for by-products, and keep the offal area clean while supporting production needs.
You will operate the offal grinder, document measurements, and collaborate with teams to maintain safety and compliance. A forklift license, ability to read/write English, and physical stamina are required for the role.
