Industrial Maintenance Technician

Maintain the safe, reliable operation of production equipment in an aluminum die casting and machining facility. Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, PLC, and robotic systems, and collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability. Perform emergency repairs and rebuild plant machinery as needed. Diagnose equipment issues using electrical and pneumatic schematics. Use PLC interfaces to diagnose problems and take corrective action. Troubleshoot CNC equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and electrical systems. Troubleshoot automation and robotics to minimize production downtime. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following safety requirements.
