Providing ongoing support for special loan products, the full-time Loan Servicing Specialist will manage documentation and compliance for loan modifications, adjustable-rate mortgages, and SCRA adjustments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Review service release loans and maintain ARM contracts and indexes
Audit loan servicing portfolios for SCRA compliance and process related documentation
Assist with special loan-related inquiries and ensure accurate system updates for compliance
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
1-2 years of mortgage servicing experience
Familiarity with special loan product types and documentation
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
One year of experience with special loan product types or mortgage documentation preferred
