Aggregate Technologies, Inc. Aggregate Technologies (ATI) is looking for one leader to run and grow its established Baton Rouge branch as a business: its customers, people, safety, jobs and P&L. The Branch Director owns relationships with general contractors, EPCs, plant owners, engineers, DOTs and municipalities across Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas and Alabama, leads a safety culture, hires and develops the Baton Rouge team, and owns the branch budget, pricing, margin and collections, with Houston providing special equipment, hydro demolition, engineering and crew support plus permanent safety, accounting and payroll backup. The branch strategy is built jointly with ATI management in the first 60 days, and incentive pay is tied to those goals alongside a negotiable base salary, vehicle or allowance, health benefits and a 401(k).
