Training & Adoption Manager

Overview In this role you will design and deliver world-class technical training for Anduril’s product offerings, ensuring end users understand and can effectively operate our systems. You will work with engineers and program managers to translate capabilities into learning objectives and course content, and lead hands-on instruction onsite, including Hazard Zone locations. You will champion user feedback to drive product adoption and collaborate across teams to shape the training program and customer experience. Compensation / Benefitsequity grantscomprehensive benefits packagestrong health coverageprofessional growth opportunities Responsibilities Create and manage training collateral for product capabilities and technology Translate product capabilities into learning objectives and content with SMEsDesign curricula across platforms (presentations, hands-on, computer-based, simulations)Maintain current training materials with new features Coordinate expeditionary delivery of training on Anduril products Lead classroom and hands-on instruction onsite at customer locations and test sites Educate end users from military, government, and commercial backgrounds on hardware and software offerings Collaborate across multiple Anduril teams to capture updates and support training Serve as the voice of customers, capturing feedback and informing new features Key requirements Training background with planning, developing, and delivering training Understanding of ADDIE, adult learning theories, and instructional design for technical training Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance Ability to travel up to 50%, including Hazard Zone travel for ~20–30 days at a time Ability to explain technical terminology to non-technical audiences Ownership mentality and proactive self-management Adaptive, creative communication across audiencesADDIEadult learning theoriesinstructional design for technical training
