Duties Include:
preparation, cooking, and service of all planned mealsmanaging meal / tray line servicegeneral cleaning kitchen schedulescompliance with resident Diet Ordersopen communication with RDsRequirements: Certification in healthcare cooking (Serv Safe)Minimum 2 years of experience in large-scale cooking (preferred)Strong knowledge of large scale & therapeutic food prep Must be able to do some physical work Strong leadership skills and a team player High School Diploma or Equivalent Excellent customer service & communication skills
