AWM- Investment Vice President

Job Responsibilities: Develop investment theses, themes, and market maps based on in-depth fundamental research Evaluate and analyze investment opportunities, with the purpose of forming independent investment decisions Conduct comprehensive due diligence on prospective investments Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses Ongoing monitoring and support of public and private portfolio companies including (but not limited to): earnings calls, investor presentations, and public/private conferences Maintain team's CRM system and proprietary deal database Perform other responsibilities related to executing the investment mandate of the fund Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Undergraduate degree from an accredited University or College 2+ years of related work experience following completion of undergraduate program Strong analytic and communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills Excellent computer skills, including Excel and Power Point Exhibit attention to detail with a demonstrable ability to review and articulate financial statements Team oriented mindset Exceptional work ethic Results oriented and self-motivated with an ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment Demonstrable interest in technology and public/private market investing Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Preference for direct investment (public L/S, public LO, growth equity, private equity) or Investment Banking experience
