Practice AreasPremises Liability, Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Auto Claims, Maritime Law Key ResponsibilitiesServe as lead counsel on trials, arbitrations, and mediations in state and federal courts. Develop litigation strategy, conduct depositions, and argue motions. Prepare witnesses, experts, and clients for trial. Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and trial documents. Analyze case facts, legal issues, and exposure to develop resolution strategies. Communicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel. Manage litigation files independently, with support from paralegals and junior attorneys.
