Regional Sales Manager

Key Requirements: 3-5 years of regional sales experience 3 years of effective, proven leadership with the ability to influence Oversee and drive growth in the New York and Northeast region Execute strategic initiatives, develop KPI's, results driven Lead, train and mentor Territory Sales Representatives in the field Manage key accounts to ensure performance and outcomes Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to Work directly with VP of Sales to problem solve and ensure success Stay up to date on all trends, products, and business opportunities Support the growth and expansion of talent as needed in the market Hire, supervise, conduct performance reviews, etc. Participate in sales meetings, strong presentation skills Health and wellness experience a plus Available to travel in the greater New York and tri-state region Occasional national travel Must have a valid driver's license NY Headquarters 1430 Broadway, 13th Floor New York, New York 10018
