Account Rep / Serv Tech

What You’ll Do: Service, install, and repair arcade games, pool tables, dart boards, cranes, ATMs, and other amusement equipment Respond to on‑site service calls and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues Collect cash and customer payouts from assigned route locations Monitor and refill cranes and ATMs to appropriate levels Safely transport cash to designated bank locations Maintain strong relationships with customers through reliable, professional service Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM On‑call rotation for weekend service needs Physical & Technical Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Comfortable using hand tools, dollies, pallet jacks, and handcarts Ability to climb ladders (up to 12 ft) and work in tight spaces such as ceilings or attics Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills Ability to work independently and manage your route efficiently
