Order Processor/Customer Service Representative - 1st Shift

Location: Corona, CA

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time

Department: Operations

What You'll Do: Process and manage daily customer and e-commerce orders Enter and update orders using Excel, Net Suite, and internal systems Process orders from Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and other online marketplaces Print packing slips, shipping labels, and order documentation Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely shipments Track orders and shipments and help resolve delivery issues Assist with Amazon FBA and inventory replenishment orders Process returns, replacements, credits, and RMAsAssist with wholesale orders and shipping documentation Schedule carrier pickups and communicate shipping requirements Respond to customer questions through email, chat, and online marketplaces Resolve order discrepancies, shipping concerns, returns, and product questions Maintain accurate customer, order, inventory, and shipping records

What We're Looking For: Previous customer service, order processing, data entry, shipping, logistics, or e-commerce experience Comfortable using computers and learning new software Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong data entry and attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Strong organization and time-management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, professional, and team-oriented High school diploma or GED required Experience That Is A Plus: Amazon Seller Central / Amazon FBAShopify Walmart Marketplace Net Suite or other ERP systemsE-commerce order fulfillment Shipping and logistics Returns / RMA processing Wholesale order processing Ready for your next opportunity?
