Leasing Specialist: Drive Occupancy & Renewals

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a full-time Leasing Specialist at our Arlington community. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and manage renewals to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You’ll use One Site or Yardi for data tracking, coordinate with maintenance, and execute marketing plans to drive traffic and resident satisfaction. A valid driver’s license and state licenses are required.
