Pay: $40-50 an hour
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Controls Engineering, or related field; or equivalent hands-on experience.1–5 years of experience in industrial controls, automation, or related engineering discipline.
  • Practical experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley ControlLogix / CompactLogix, Siemens S7/TIA Portal, or similar).Ability to read electrical schematics, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with sensors, pneumatics, VFDs, and electromechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, etc.).Soft SkillsStrong problem solving mindset with a willingness to get hands-on.
  • Comfortable working in fast paced operational environments.
  • Effective communicator with technicians, operators, vendors, and engineers.
  • High attention to detail and ownership of assigned tasks.
