Overview of the position: We are currently seeking Senior Consultants for both technical and functional roles in D365 CE, as well as Solution Architects. Everyone with ProjOps know-how is welcome. Canada included.
Your tasks:
- Consulting and process optimization for the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
- Analysis of customer needs, development of solution proposals and their realization
- Implementation and training
- Support of the sales department in the presales phase
- Customer project implementation (system customizing, Power Platform, Azure)
- Definition, modelling and optimization of processes
- System and data migrations
- Your qualifications:
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, (economic) engineering, (economic) informatics or a comparable course of study or comparable professional experience
- Work experience as Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM / Project Operations Consultant
- Extensive experience with Dynamics-365 processes, knowledge in customizing Dynamics 365 solutions and Project Operations module
- Readiness to travel
- Professional appearance with strong customer orientation
