Moody’s Analytics seeks a General Counsel to lead the global MA legal team, embedding strategy and risk into product development and growth initiatives. The role partners with the MA CEO and executive leadership to guide high-stakes commercial transactions and regulatory compliance across a multi-product, international business. The GC will drive legal strategy, manage outside counsel, and ensure scalable processes while shaping AI-enabled offerings and data licensing models in a fast-evolving
