We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Client Delivery Lead Consultant, to help manage the growth within Norwood's Solutions division. The Client Delivery Lead Consultant will play an integral role leading and managing the successful development and delivery ofvarious project types within the mid cycle space.Development and delivery success will including aligning team members with project assignments, working with internal and client stakeholders to ensure alignment across the project lifecycle, and drive towards timely and meaningful outcomes aimed at achieving high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal individual possesses a high sense of accountability, a passion for continuous growth and learning, and puts relationships, integrity, and authenticity front and center to make their 90,000 hours matter for something beyond punching a clock. This is a full-time remote position reporting to the Vice President of Solutions. You're excited about this role because you'll get to: Client EngagementsServe as the main point of contact across multiple engagements for all project deliverables, ultimately responsible for project success and client satisfactionFacilitate and lead client meetings, demonstrating progress and ROI in a compelling formatManage and own project deliverables including but not limited to: o Project Plan o Resourcing needs o Performance metrics o Team meetings and communication o Delivery structureProactively communicate with Project Executive on issues, results and updates from clientsProvide professional, effective, and consistent delivery of consulting services on all assigned engagementswhile collaborating with other team membersOwn, Delegate and oversee quality of work assigned to other project team members, providing feedback as appropriateApply and ensure adoption of appropriate tools and methods as needed including, but not limited to: status reporting, standards, tools, metrics, expectation management, change management, and quality assurance methodsProactively manage engagement/client communications, expectation setting, and time and status reporting by leveraging effective written and verbal communication and facilitation skillsAbility to independently apply best practices and concepts from similar work to new scenarios Internal Team SupportProvide guidance to subject matter experts and other team members to drive results and recommendationsParticipate in Solutions development by assisting and sharing tools, methodology, and knowledgeIdentify and implement opportunities for process improvementParticipate in ad-hoc projects as needed Sales and Business DevelopmentJoin business development efforts as a subject matter expert on delivery strategy and methodologyReport potential expansion opportunities identified while working on assigned engagementsDevelop materials to support sales efforts, as needed We're excited about you because you:Have at least 5+ years' experience in some or all of the following: o Hospital or Provider revenue cycle o Revenue cycle - Coding, Auditing or CDI experience strongly preferred, front/backend are a plus!Have experience leading high performing project teams of varying size and complexityLook forward to meeting your clients onsite, and are able to travel up to 40% at times (with advance notice)Previously worked at a consulting company to translate and drive client success into measurable outcomes (previous experience in start-ups are a plus!)Possess strong project management aptitude with proven ability to create project plans and effectively manage against deadlines, competing priorities, and complex tasks and across multiple stakeholders and team membersUnderstand the dynamic nature of managing delivery and expectations and can pivot and adjust to drive towards successful outcomesEffectively influence and communicate at the peer to C-level, both internally and client facingLean into difficult or ambiguous situations with a result oriented and collaborative mindsetBring a strong track record of building, developing, and maintaining relationships with just about anyoneDemonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products and organizing your desk Why Join Norwood?
