Company Description: Good Ole Scents is a growing business that creates handcrafted soy candles and home fragrance products in small batches. We offer a welcoming shopping experience where customers can explore scents, find thoughtful gifts, and learn about our products.

Role Description: We’re hiring seasonal Kiosk Sales Associates for full-time and part-time positions at Plaza Bonita Mall. You’ll greet customers, learn their scent preferences, recommend products and gifts, and explain product features and candle care. You’ll also demonstrate products, answer questions, process purchases, restock inventory, maintain displays, and support promotions. Our team works together to provide excellent service and meet sales goals.

Qualifications: Friendly communication and strong listening skills Ability to learn product details and make helpful recommendations Comfort handling payments and using or learning a point-of-sale (POS) system Dependability and ability to work independently and with a team Ability to stand for extended periods and manage tasks during busy shopping hours Availability for scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Retail or customer service experience is a plus
