Regional HR Director — Multi-Hotel Leadership

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Regional Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy across multiple hotels and resorts. This onsite role is based in Indianapolis, IN or Key West, FL with travel to properties. You will partner with General Managers, develop leaders, drive engagement, ensure compliance, and shape culture across the portfolio. With 8+ years of multi-property HR experience and SHRM certifications preferred, you will lead a high-performance HR team.
