Your Role Key responsibilities include: Providing lifelong services to students in a professional and caring atmosphere that prioritizes the student experience while maintaining academic integrity. Maintaining the accuracy of student academic information and permanent records. Supporting the Registrar's Office team in upholding university policies and procedures. About You The company is looking for a candidate with: Bachelor's degree or experience in higher education academic/registration field. Attention to detail. Ability to comprehend and interpret university and registrar policies, procedures, and academic regulations. Ability to handle confidential student data with discretion and knowledge of FERPA. Good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; supervisory skills are essential. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong technical skills, including proficiency with administrative computing systems, data processing, data entry, electronic forms, report writing tools, and desktop applications.
