Riverside Technologies, Inc. (RTI) is seeking a Field Services Technician to join our team. You will install, modify, and repair computer hardware and cable infrastructure, pull and terminate Cat6 and fiber optic cabling, and provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, and servers while working on diverse projects. The role requires ability to travel up to 50% of the time, strong communication with customers, and a proactive approach to diagnostics and maintenance.
