Pro Shop Manager Mouratoglou is looking for a Pro Shop Manager in the future San Antonio Racket Club, to oversee the daily operations and commercial performance of our Pro Shop, while delivering a premium customer experience. As the face of the Pro Shop, you will combine retail management, customer service and strong operational skills in a dynamic sports environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Pro ShopDrive sales and provide personalized product recommendations to clients
- Manage inventory, stock levels, replenishment and purchasing
- Ensure attractive merchandising in line with Mouratoglou brand standards
- Oversee point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate sales and inventory records
- Coordinate apparel, equipment and special orders
- Supervise the Pro Shop team, including scheduling and daily organization.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming and well-organized retail environment
- Work closely with the Tennis Director and on-site teams to support programs, events and the overall client experience
- Contribute to the profitability and commercial development of the Pro Shop
- Profile requirements include:
- Previous experience in retail, sports, hospitality or a similar customer-facing environment
- Strong commercial mindset and excellent customer service skills
- Organized, reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing several priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented
- Strong team spirit and communication skills
- Knowledge of tennis and tennis equipment is a strong plus
