Position: Tax Manager
Locations:
Lincolnshire, IL / Chicago, IL (Hybrid)A well-established public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its growing team. The role involves managing tax engagements, overseeing tax teams, and providing high-quality tax services to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's degree preferred 5+ years of relevant tax experience
- Must have experience working with a public accounting firm
- Strong experience managing tax engagements
- Experience supervising and mentoring tax staff
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skillsCPA license preferred
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively
- Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual base salary for this position is between $130,000 – $200,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
