Senior Web Content StrategistWe're hiring a Senior Web Content Strategist to lead content work across our client roster, from research and audits through the writing itself.What you'll do:Run web content strategy end to end: research, audits, competitive reviews, and a plan for how content gets created, organized, and governedWork with creative directors and designers to shape ideas into words and visuals that actually work togetherSit with clients directly to keep content plans tied to their goals and deadlinesBuild and edit in WordPress, Drupal, or SitecoreApply SEO, accessibility, and web-writing standards across every projectWrite and edit for email, paid media, and paid social alongside the web workContribute to proposals and new business pitchesMatch different brand voices without losing precision on grammar and detailWhat you need:5+ years of professional writing experience at an agency, plus a degree in a related field or equivalent experienceReal depth in web content strategy, UX writing, and content design for component-based pagesComfort adapting your writing across industries and audiencesHands-on experience in at least one major CMS (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore)A track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines without the quality slippingFamiliarity with nonprofit content and fundraising strategyNice to have:SEO experience, including keyword research and tools like SEMrush or AhrefsInterest in AI tools and prompt engineeringExperience with a content workflow tool like GatherContent, Slickplan, or BynderComp: $82,500 to $105,000 per year, based on experience.
