Lead Software Engineer (.NET/C# - AI Integration Focused)

Overview In this role you will design and integrate AI-enabled features within our. NET/C# ecosystem to enhance the Spot platform. You’ll work with a cross-functional team to refine scalable solutions and push the boundaries of AI integration across workflows. You will help align technical decisions with performance and reliability goals in a fast-paced logistics environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape how AI, AI agents, and related technologies improve partner experiences and platform capabilities. Responsibilities Integrate AI services with business workflows through a fully programmatic approach Leverage the. NET ecosystem to deliver performant, stable user experiences Engineer efficient, observable solutions and investigate performance/behavior questions Collaborate using Git and participate in code reviews Communicate effectively to overcome barriers and share ideas Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions Key requirements Four-year degree in CS or related field, or equivalent technical experience 5+ years of professional. NET/C# experience Expertise in building agentic AI workflows and autonomous AI systems Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks Experience and interest in leveraging AI/LLM solutions for business goals Familiarity with Git and collaborative source control concepts Thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong conversational, persuasive and resilient communication Collaborative spirit and self-motivation.
