About the role

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Finance, accounting, budgeting, and payroll
  • Payroll taxes, wage laws, and ACA reportingGASBY experience preferred
  • Retirement systems: ERS/TRSAccounts receivable and check processingW-2/1099 processing and year-end reportingEFT, ACH, and Positive Pay files
  • State reporting and fiscal year-end processingHR, bidding, and financial systems administration
Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong payroll and accounting background
  • Knowledge of tax laws and fiscal procedures
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to train others and work in a high-profile, accuracy-focused environment
