Position: Full-Time/Part-Time

Pay: $18.00/hr. Job Description for Entry-Level Position: Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a smile and a friendly attitude. Site Maintenance: Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the site and car wash area. Basic Operations: Learn and assist with basic car wash operations and equipment usage. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and follow directions from supervisors. Promote and express services and memberships Become knowledgeable about the Tommy’s Express app and be able to walk a customer through the sign-up process Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to ensure a pleasant experience. Learning and Growth: Take the opportunity to learn various aspects of the car wash operation. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Big smile, friendly demeanor, positive energy
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience.
Highly reliable and punctual.
Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a customer-focused approach.
Comfortable with technology and able to adapt to new tools and systems.
Ability to work inside and outside in a loud environment with car wash equipment.
Physically able to handle activities such as lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, reaching, and stooping.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
Work outdoors in a loud and wet environment
Constant physical activity including lifting, bending, and reaching
Shift and schedule: Available morning, nights and weekends. Full time/Part time opportunities available
